Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped via USPS within 1-2 business days of your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holidays, please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely delivery.
Pure Fin offers standard-rate shipping for $4.99 and Free Shipping on orders over $100.
**Expect Shipping Delays: Carriers nationally are experiencing increased delivery times + lags on tracking at the moment. If your order hasn't moved in over seven days, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly for an update.
Required Signature Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature, however, in the event that one is required and no one is available to sign, a note will be left noting the attempted delivery. After three attempts to deliver, the package will be returned to Pure Fin.
An Email Confirmation will be sent once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped.

International Orders
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping and apologize to all those outside of the US.
Due to ambiguity around international customs laws, high customs fees, and postal tracking issues, we currently only ship within the United States.
