To our Pure Fin Customers,

It is with mixed emotions that we share the difficult decision to close our business. Since launching in January 2021, we’ve had the honor of providing you with natural CBDa supplements, a product born out of a personal journey.

Our story began when Tracy (Ciara’s dad) was diagnosed with cancer and ran out of viable treatment options through conventional medicine. This pivotal moment led us to explore holistic living, and after much research, we discovered CBDa—a promising solution that helped Tracy manage his symptoms and greatly improve his quality of life. This experience inspired us to launch our business with the goal of sharing the benefits of CBDa with others facing similar challenges.

Over the past few years, it has been our privilege to make a positive impact on your lives. Whether it’s helping you manage stress, improve your sleep, ease pain, or simply bring more balance to your body and health, we are incredibly grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us.

Transparency is a core value at Pure Fin, and this message wouldn’t be the same without transparency at the heart of it. Unfortunately, our main CBDa supplier unexpectedly shut down their operations. We were able to secure a large bulk order about a year ago, which has allowed us to continue fulfilling orders. However, to continue offering products that meet the high standards we’ve set, we would need to reformulate and find a new supplier. Given the limited high quality CBDa supplier options available in the U.S., this has proven to be both financially unfeasible and logistically difficult.

Though it’s a hard decision, we feel it’s time to close this chapter. We are deeply thankful for your support and loyalty throughout this journey. For those who have been with us from the beginning, and for those who have joined us more recently, your belief in our products has meant the world to us.
Looking back on the success we had with Pure Fin brings a smile to our face. A small team founded by a father-daughter duo was able to “crack the code” in the ever challenging supplement world and we will always feel pride in that. Oh, and hopefully you shared a few laughs with us during Ciara’s instagram dancing reels, too.. ha!
